Agnes Strachan

Agnes Capps Strachan went to her heavenly home on Monday. She was cherished by her family and friends and to have known her was a true gift. She will be sorely missed by all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mayor Vernon Orevy Capps and Ruby Agnes Capps; her siblings, Joy Yvonne Capps, Cecil Owen Capps, Patsy Ann Lidgard and Vernon Orevy Capps. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 62 years, Leo Rogers Strachan and one loving sister, Elaine C. Wright; two sons Anthony Roger Strachan, daughter-in-law, Mary and Danny Capps Strachan; grandchildren, Aaron, Dana, Allison, Anna, Hayden and Jack and one great grandchild, Rosemary and many other relatives. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 7, 2018 at 2pm at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. Visitation will start at 12 noon. Burial in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
