Amanda Carley

Amanda Brown Carley, a native of Walker County, Al, former resident of the Belle Fontaine, AL Community and current resident of Chickasaw, AL, died Friday, October 18, 2019 at the age of 78. Amanda was a retired cosmetologist; had a great sense of humor; loved to cook and garden; and loved cats. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank Edward Brown and Johnnie Bea Nix Brown; and her husband, John Floyd Carley. Her survivors include her sister, Mary Brown Uptagrafft; two brothers, Lester (Sandra) Brown and Norman (Johnette) Brown; nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends Tuesday, October 22, 2019 beginning at 1:00 PM. Graveside services and interment will follow at 2:00 PM in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
