Ann Johnston

Ann Johnston date of birth April 5, 1934, went to her heavenly home on Jan 3 rd 2018. Born to Raymond and Ora Thompson of Selma Alabama. Preceded in death by John Henry Jones Senior. Also preceded in death by her mom and dad Ora and Raymond Thompson, one daughter Paula Johnston, and numerous brothers and sisters. Survived by her children John Henry Jones Junior ( Tina) of Milton Fl. sheila may( Dennis) of Chickasaw al. Tonya Weaver of Marshfield Mo. April Johnston ( Edward Evans) of Mt Vernon Al. Belinda Johnston of Citronelle Al. And a very special grandson she raised as her own son Curtis Jones of Marshfield Mo. leaves to cherish her brother Rembert Thompson ( Tina) and a sister Lois Nezat ( Pat ) numerous grand children, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Ann was the best mother any child could ask for. She loved to write poetry and loved her flowers ( especially roses). You couldn't help but love her , she always loved taking care of her little elderly people and spending time with her family. She loved to paint and do crafts as a hobby. She was a hard worker and very passionate about Healtcare. And also was a dedicated Christian. A special thanks to Aseracare Hospice for being so wonderful to our mother in her time of need, thanks to family and friends that has helped in any way during this time. Thanks to Bro Ronnie Toomey for preaching her funeral.
