Anna Chancey

Anna Pearl Glover Chancey 1929 - 2018, died Tuesday, March 27, 2018 at the age of 88. Mrs. Chancey was born in Leroy, AL to William F. Glover and Pearl Harris Glover on April 28, 1929. Growing up in Leroy, Anna was an active member of Leroy Baptist Church and later in life Moffett Road Baptist Church in Mobile. Anna had an exceptional voice and was active in the church choir. She was always ready to offer support to those in need. She lived in Mobile for many years. She was preceded in death by two children, Marilyn Harden and Gregory Harden; six siblings and three husbands. She is survived by two grandchildren, Courtney Harden and Russell Harden; one brother, James T. Glover; various nieces and nephews. Funeral services are scheduled for Monday, April 2, 2018 at 10:00 AM from the Chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 9:00 AM.
