Annie Bell Howton Ammons, left this world on Tuesday, October 6, 2015 to reunite with her parents, Marvin Lee Howton and O'Dessa Wise Howton. She is survived by her children, Margaret McCain, Lucy Brown, Louis Ammons, Rena Davis and Julie Horton; her sisters, Mary Buckalew and Sue Garner; her brothers, Lee Roy and Louis Howton; eleven grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson and other relatives. Ann was blessed and will be missed by a large family and many friends. Funeral services will be held Friday, October 9, 2015 at 2:00 PM from the Chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM. Interment will follow in Mobile Memorial Gardens. Condolences may be offered at www.mobilememorialfunerals.com.
