Barbara Phillips

On Monday, January 28, 2019, Barbara Jean Lewis Phillips passed away at the age of 69.
Barbara was born on March 16, 1949 in Chattanooga, TN to Martha Nell Tipton Lewis and Robert
"Bob" Hugh Lewis. She went on to raise three sons, Robert Kirby, Jeffrey Knapp, and Jason
Knapp. She was also blessed with 5 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. She loved
crocheting, board games, and making people laugh. She was known for her infectious spirit.
Barbara was preceded in death by her father, Bob; her mother, Nell; her nephew, Jock Hulgan,
and her brother-in-law, Bud Hulgan. She is survived by her sons, her grandchildren, great-
grandchildren, her sister, Martha Hulgan, her nephews, Buddy and Joedee Hulgan, several
cousins, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be announced at a later date.
