Bethany Anna Gipson, born September 24, 1984 passed away Friday, May 4, 2018 at her home. She is survived by her husband, Zac Gipson and her two sons, Robert Finn Gipson and Lawson Wilder Gipson; her mother, Cheryl Roan; brother, Ramsay Price-Williams; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and one niece.
Bethany graduated from the University of South Alabama with a degree in education. She taught English at Theodore High School, and in recent years, enjoyed taking photographs as a professional photographer.
Bethany received the gift of life through a heart transplant in 2009 and was waiting on the heart-transplant list for a second heart when she was called to her heavenly home. Bethany's family and close friends would like to encourage you to consider being an organ donor.
Bethany loved spending time in Missouri, Dauphin Island, New Orleans and Buckatunna, MS with family and friends. Bethany had an eye for all things beautiful, and she LIVED HER LIFE. She will be sorely missed by all.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 8, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. before the service at the funeral home. Condolences may be made at www.mobilefuneralservice.com.
