Betty Huffman Morgan, 68, formerly of Mobile, AL, passed away in Boerne, TX on 4 November 2015. Betty was born at Eglin Air Force Base, FL to Vernon and Dorothy Huffman. She was preceded in death by both parents. Betty is survived by one sister, Sue (Joe) Cantu and one brother, Ken (Terri) Huffman; her son, Ronnie (Shelley Mazurek) Morgan and daughters, Tammy Morgan, and Tonya Morgan Mahoney; six grandchildren; seven nieces and nephews; 12 great-nieces and nephews; and one great-great-niece. Betty is a graduate of WP Davidson High School in Mobile, AL. Betty worked in banking for more than 30 years. Prior to moving to Pipe Creek, Texas, you could find Betty in the money room at Mobile Greyhound Park. Upon moving to Texas, she worked for Wells Fargo Bank in Lake Hills, TX, eventually going to work at the Jefferson Bank in Boerne. Betty was a selfless person who would do anything for anybody. She was a longtime caregiver for both of her parents while maintaining a fulltime job. She was loved by many and will be missed by all. Visitation will be 14 November, 2015 at 10 a.m. at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home in Mobile, AL. Graveside Services will follow at 12:00 noon in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
