Carrie Lucille Evans Chapman, a native of Friendship, OH and longtime resident of Mobile, AL, died Friday, September 25, 2015 at the age of 78. She was preceded in death by her parents, James Evans and Lula Frances Bloomfield Evans; one son; three brothers and one sister. Her survivors include her husband of 42 years, Perry Donald Chapman; her son, Jerry (Nancy) Cooper; her daughter, Sylvia Cooper (Mike) Frazier; her sister, Linda Evans (Jim) Donahue; nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 1, 2015 at 12:00 Noon from the Chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday from 10:00 AM until 12:00 Noon. Interment will follow in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
