Celita Mathews Burk, a native and life-long resident of Mobile, Alabama, died on July 18, 2016. She was preceded in death by her parents, Helen Morris Barnes Mathews and Charles "Tip" Mathews, her husband Robert Burk and son Judson Burk. She is survived by her sister, Mary Deering Mathews Davis(Ron), other relatives and friends. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 20, 2016 at 12:00 noon at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Kingswood United Methodist Church, 5200 Perin Road, Mobile, Alabama 36693. A very special thanks to Celita's caregivers, Jennifer Harris and Verlean Powe for their loving care. Interment will follow in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
