Clara Broadus

Clara Mae Broadus, a native and longtime resident of Mobile, AL died Saturday, June 14, 2014 at the age of 90. She was born August 18, 1923. She was preceded in death by her parents, Darling Willis Broadus and Mable Nicholas Broadus her husband, Marvin William Broadus, Sr her daughter, Jane Marie Broadus West two sons, Roy William Broadus and Toulmin Willis Broadus and her brothers, John and Edward Broadus. She is survived by her son, Marvin William Broadus, Jr. and his wife, Dianna, of Lucedale, MS, 13 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren 7 greatgreat grandchildren nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was the owner and operator of the Stork Club Social Club for many years. Funeral services will be held Friday, June 20, 2014 from the Chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 10 A.M. until 12 Noon at the funeral home. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
