Daniel Knowles

Daniel Edward Knowles, Sr., born in Coden, AL and current resident of Mobile, AL, died Thursday, December 12, 2019 at the age of 73.  He was a US Army Veteran; worked as a boat Captain in the oil industry; attended Meadow Lake Baptist Church and enjoyed fishing.  He was preceded in death by his parents, William Edward Knowles and Doris Beatrice Ladnier Bosarge, and his son Daniel Edward Knowles, Jr.  His survivors include his children, Michelle (JD) Blain, Derrick Domingue and Drake Domingue; one sister, Carol Ann Knowles Matheney; 8 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 19, 2019 at 12:00 Noon from the chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday from 10:00 AM until service.  Interment will follow Thursday afternoon at 2:30 PM in the Alabama State Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 34904 State Highway 225, Spanish Fort, AL 36527.
