David Trammell

David Brandon Trammell, age 42, of Mobile, AL passed away May 17, 2020. David graduated from Hoover High School in 1996 and the University of South Alabama in 2000. David has been the owner of GCR Granite for the past 12 years. He was greatly respected by all of his customers and builders. David was a man of integrity and produced high-quality work.

A few of his favorite activities included snow skiing, golfing, going to the beach, hunting, and spending time with his family. He was a huge Alabama football fan who enjoyed going to the games. David had a big heart with many lifelong friends who thought the world of him. He had the most compassionate heart and was willing to help anyone. Everyone that knew David was touched by him in some way.

Survivors include his loving wife of 17 years, Tara Trammell, beloved son, Connor Trammell, parents, Pat & Earl Trammell, sister, Cherie Mosley (Wayne), brothers, Mike Trammell (Lana), Terry Trammell, Fred Trammell (Celina), Rick Trammell (Jenny), nieces, Alyssa Jones (Ty), Savannah Mosley, nephew, Matthew Mosley and a host of extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Connor Trammell 529 College Fund at Merrill Lynch, 3674 Dauphin Street Mobile, AL 36608 Attention A.J. LeGrone.

Visitation will be held Friday, May 22, 2020, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Saturday, May 23, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. from the chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. A recording of ther service is available below.
