Mrs. Denise B. Harvey, age 55, departed this life on March 26, 2016 at a local hospital in Mobile, Al after a long term illness. She was preceded in death by her father, Dennis Brown Jr.; daughter, Corelle Narene Brown; grandson, De'Maryous Shontez Harvey. Mrs. Harvey was born on October 18, 1960 in Prichard, Alabama. She was the youngest of ten children. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband, Rudolph Harvey. Three children, Omar (Lisa) Brown, Denise S. Harvey and Tamika I Harvey. Eight grandchildren, Jaylin Cherry, Angel Bolar, Aaron Milton III., Anastia Milton, Joshua Cannon, Memoree McCall, Ray Von McCall, III. And Ray Von McCall, IV. A loving and devoted mother, Cora M. Brown; three sisters, one devoted, Stephanie (Douglas) Sykes, Anita (Joseph) Evans and JoAnn Brown; four brothers, Dennis Brown, III., Frederick Brown, Sylvester Brown and Timothy Brown. A host of nieces, nephews and close family friends. Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 1, 2016 at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. Visitation will be held on Friday 12 noon until service time at the funeral home.
