PHELPS
Donald G. Phelps, USN Retired, a native of Centralia, IL and resident of Mobile, died on Friday, June 29, 2018. He retired from the U.S. Navy with 27 years of service. He is survived by five children, Rita Koy, Tina (Dave) Blackwell, Marsha (Scott) Meadows, Laura (David) Engel and Kevin (Ashley) Phelps; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, July 5, 2018 at 10 am at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. Visitation will start at 9am. Burial will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
