Ethel Mae Helveston, age 92, died in Mobile, Alabama on March 10, 2020, after a brief illness.
She was a native of Mobile, AL and enjoyed spending time with family as well as being active in her church.
Ethel is proceeded in death by her brothers Arthur Mead, Patrick Mead and her sister June Mead. She is survived by her daughter, Bonnie Browning (Tom) of Mobile, AL and her son, Ron Helveston (Melinda) of Birmingham, AL; grandchildren Shelley (Steve) Waltz of Mobile, AL, Blake (Laura) Helveston of Birmingham, AL, Drew (Leigh) Helveston of Huntsville, AL, Haley Helveston of Atlanta, GA, Emily Helveston of Atlanta, GA as well as seven great-grandchilden.
Visitation will be held Monday, March 16, 2020, at Kingswood United Methodist Church located at 5200 Perin Road at 10:00 am followed by a memorial service at the same location at 11:00 am.
