Eugene Daniels, Jr.

March 3, 1941- July 8, 2019

Eugene Leon Daniels Jr. was born on March 3, 1941, in St. Petersburg Fl. The son of Eugene Leon and Marian Elizabeth (Canning) Daniels. Eugene, who was a long time resident of Mobile, Alabama died Monday, July 8, 2019, at the age of 78.
He served in the US Marine Corps. He was a loving husband to his late wife Betty Picard Daniels for 47 years. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Howard (Nola) Canning, paternal grandparents Melvin (Ida) Daniels, his infant sister Patty, and his brother, Rick Daniels.
His survivors include, his son, Scott (April) Daniels, two daughters, Jennifer Sessums And Taylor Daniels; brothers, Howard (Sherry) Daniels, William (Mary) Daniels; sisters, Lucy (Fred) Murphy, Nola ( Steve) Ladner and Rise Daniels; sister-in-law, Rene Daniels; six grandchildren, Autumn Daniels, Joshua Daniels, Kameron Daniels, Triston Sessums, Noah Taylor and Ethan Taylor; nieces; nephews; step grandchildren and step great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
The family will receive Friends Saturday, July 13th, 2019 from 1:30 pm until 3:00 pm at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home.
