"The Honey Man", Everett Archer Steadman, Sr. died peacefully at his home Saturday, September 26, 2015 at the age of 101. He was preceded in death by his parents, William Everett Steadman and Della Louise Archer Steadman; his wife, Hermina Thierry Steadman; his son, James T. Steadman; 2 brothers; and 6 sisters. His survivors include his sons, Everett Archer (Becky) Steadman, Jr. and Rod Steadman; two daughters, Jackie Steadman (Jerry) Elder and Gaye Steadman; 16 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends. Graveside services will be held Thursday, October 1, 2015 at 2:00 PM in Mobile Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home.
