Evert Vanveelen

Van Veelen, Evert 2121941 9202014 Evert was born in the Netherlands, a native of Otsego, MI and a longtime resident of Mobile, AL. He passed away at Mobile Infirmary after extensive health problems. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Esther and three children, Kimberly Volk Chris, Michael Van Veelen and Kevin Van Veelen. He has one Grand daughter, Maggie Bacon. Evert was a longtime member of the American Legion Post 76. Family will receive friends at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 24, 2014, from 1:303:30 with services following at 3:30. Interment will be at Mobile Memorial Gardens.
