Fay Baker Heilig 1946 - 2018

A native of Haleyville, AL and resident of Mobile, AL died on Tuesday, July 3, 2018 at the age of 72. Mrs. Heilig was a loving and deeply devoted wife to her late husband Chuck. Fay was an ardent fan of baseball and especially the Atlanta Braves. She was an amateur astronomer and loved the stars. She was preceded in death by her husband, George Charles "Chuck" Heilig. She is survived by her son, Will Burke; granddaughter, Paige Burke; sister, Mary B. Williams; brother, Bill Baker, as well as her extended family of step children, Charles Heilig, John Heilig and Penny Havard. Funeral services are scheduled for Monday, July 9, 2018 at 10:00 AM from the Chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home with visitation Sunday, July 8, 2018 from 6-8:00 PM.
