SHROPSHIRE
Florence Mae Kostmayer Shropshire was born March 23rd 1919 to Myrtle and Samuel Kostmayer. "Flossie" attended Murphy High School. Her first husband, whom she married during the war was John Edrel Fail. Her second husband was Donald Brooks Shropshire. Flossie and Donald moved to beautiful Dog River in the sixties. She and Donald worked at the Corps of Engineers. Flossie was surrounded by her loving family her whole life. She leaves behind her daughter Phyllis Fail Truly, her grandsons James Robert Truly III and Donald Brooks Truly, her Grandaughters in law Jennifer Elizabeth Truly and Shannon Baker Truly, her Great granddaughter Madeline Elizabeth Truly, and many nieces and nephews on the Kostmayer and Shropshire sides. Flossie would have been 102 this year. Visitation will be on Monday, February 1, 2021 at1:30pm at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Graveside services at 2pm in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
