Fritz Edward Kraft, a native and lifelong resident of Mobile, AL, departed this life Saturday, March 25, 2017 surrounded by his family. He was an Engine Tester for Continental Motors for over 47 years. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and spending time with his family. He was preceded in death by his father, Fritz A. Kraft, Jr. and his mother, Hellon Burt Dooley. His survivors include his wife of 59 years, Claire Kraft; his children, Sharon (Randy) Hancock, Becky (Chris) Hood, Mark (Keri) Kraft, and Glenn (Robin) Kraft; his sister, Patricia Pownall; seven grandchildren, Jessica (Steven) Davis, Christopher (Brittanie) Hood, Jason (Aimee) Castillow, Derrick Kraft, Nick and Audrey Mottla and Christina (Dallas) Ramsey; six great-grandchildren, Tinsley, Carson, Chloe, Mae, Caleb and Joshua; nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, March 29, 2017 at 2:00 PM in Mobile Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Wednesday, March 29, 2017 from 12:00 Noon until service time. Condolences may be offered at www.mobilememorialfunerals.com.
