George R. "Bobby" Howard, 82, resident of Grand Bay, died on Monday, November 20, 2017. Bobby was a long-time active member of First Baptist Church of Grand Bay. He is survived by his wife, Wanda Gipson Howard; daughter, Leslie Williams (Edwin); son, Neal Howard (Kristin); grandchildren, Ethan Williams, Abbie Williams, Ben Howard, George Howard; siblings, Joyce Dickens, Dolores Wagner, Earl Howard, Barbara Rabren, Elaine Tillman, and Marilyn Sessions; nieces, nephews, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents Charles E. and Marie D. Howard and siblings Catherine Howard, Eugene Howard, Charles Howard, Clarence Howard, Curtis Howard, Artis Howard, and Janice Howard Stringfellow.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at 10:00 AM from the chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 21, 2017 from 5:00 - 8:00 PM at the funeral home. Arrangements by Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 6040 Three Notch Rd, Mobile, AL 36619.
