Gerry Stiles

Gerry Stiles, a native and resident of Mobile, AL, passed away peacefully in hospice on Monday, August 17, 2020. He was affectionately known as GW.
Gerry was born in Mobile on October 7, 1952, to Archibald H. and Hazel Nall Stiles.
He is survived by his former wife of 24 years, Cindy Arnold Stiles; one daughter, Maren Stiles Cook (Jamie) and one granddaughter, Lilly Cook.
Gerry was a graduate of Davidson High School class of 1970. He served his country in the United States Navy in 1972, and was stationed on the USS Ranger.
He leaves fond memories with his nieces Leslie Sisk Enneker (Wolfgang) of Buford, Georgia; Lynn Stiles, Charlotte Stiles Lauderdale and Emily Stiles of Daphne, Alabama; and former brother-in-law, Dr. Dudley Sisk; many other relatives; and his "best bud" Tony Smith and other dear friends.
Gerry was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Evelyn (Lynn) Stiles Sisk, brother-in-law, Charles Mason, his brother, Robert Stiles, nephew, Corey Sisk and his sister, Priscilla Stiles.
The family will have services at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home this Saturday, August 28, 2021, to celebrate the lives of both Gerry and his sister, Priscilla, who passed away 5 weeks prior to him last year. Visitation will start at 10:00 a.m. with a service at 11:00 a.m.
