Gladys Sprinkle

Gladys Annette Sprinkle 1922-2017 A native of New Port Richey, FL and resident of Irvington, AL died on Monday, August 14, 2017 at the age of 95. Mrs. Sprinkle was a member of Evangelical Methodist Church in Bayou La Batre. She had Bible studies in her home for 30 years. She owned Sprinkle Dry Goods for 31 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, James Marshall Wigfield, Sr and Ethel Wigfield Trout; husband, Alfred G. Sprinkle, Sr; two sons, Louis J. Sprinkle and Alfred G. Sprinkle, Jr; brother, James Marshall Wigfield, Jr. She is survived by two daughters in law, Jeanette Sprinkle and Elizabeth "Booba" Sprinkle; sister, Vera Mae Moore; grandchildren, Trey (Serena) Sprinkle III, Spencer (Melissa) Sprinkle; great grandchildren, Andrew "Trey" Sprinkle, Chance Ryan Sprinkle, Parker Keith Sprinkle and Madelyn Grace Sprinkle. Funeral services are scheduled for Thursday, August 17, 2017 at 2:00 PM from Evangelical Methodist Church in Bayou La Batre, AL with visitation beginning at 12:00 Noon.
