It is with deep sorrow that our family announces that our loved one, Glenn Arthur Welch, 57, of Citronelle, AL, departed this life on Friday, May 4, 2018. He was born in Mobile, AL on July 25, 1960. His survivors include his loving wife, Susan Welch; two daughters, Amanda McDaniel and Heather Carter; three sons, Nicholas and Christopher Welch and Raymond Robley; nine grandchildren; his sister, Faye Kluttz; one brother, Wayne Welch; other relatives and friends. Glenn was a beloved husband, father and grandfather. He enjoyed being on the water with a fishing reel in his hand teaching his children and grandchildren how to fish, and was an avid Alabama football fan. He was a superb mechanic and was employed by Beard Equipment Co. for over 25 years. Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 10, 2018 at 12:00 Noon from the chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday morning from 10:00 AM until service time. Interment will follow in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
