Gloria Jane Winstanley Dickens, a lifelong resident of Mobile, AL, passed away Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at the age of 81. She graduated from Cosmetology school and worked in Mobile for many years. In her leisure time she enjoyed riding motorcycles with her husband. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Edward Winstanley, Sr. and Evelyn Clayton Winstanley; her husband, John Warren Dickens, Jr.; one brother, Charles Edward Winstanley, Jr.; and her sister, Rose W. Rehwinkel. Her survivors include her children, Belinda Dickens, Steve Dickens and John Dickens; sister-in-law, Sharon Winstanley; grandchildren; nieces; nephews; cousins; other relatives and friends. Graveside services and interment will be held Thursday, March 15, 2018 at 12:00 Noon in Mobile Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Thursday morning from 10:30 AM until service time. Condolences may be offered at www.mobilememorialfunerals.com.
