Gwendolyn Drinkard

Gwendolyn Drinkard, a resident and native of Mobile, AL, passed away at the age of 74 on December 8, 2024.

Gwen graduated from Shaw High School in Mobile, AL. She retired from Encore Dallas Fort Worth. She loved the outdoors, gardening, beach, and spending time with the family.

She is survived by her son Danny Racine (Nicole) of Dallas, TX, grandchildren Dylan Racine of Dallas, TX and Faith Racine of Dallas, TX, brother David Taylor of Saraland, AL, sister Denise Stafford (Bob) of Saraland, AL, sister Wanda Malone (Mark) of Mobile, AL, and many other nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her husband Mark Drinkard, mother Jackie Hensley, father Captain Bob Taylor, brother Charles Taylor, and brother Leland Taylor.

Services will be at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home on Monday, December 16, 2024, with visitation from 10 AM until the 12 PM service time. Interment will follow in Mobile Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
