Gwendolyn Waters

Gwendolyn Jane Waters was reunited with her loving husband, Clarence Leroy Waters, II on August 3, 2022 at the age of 71. She was born on January 16, 1951, has been a lifelong resident of Bayou La Batre, Alabama and love by her friends and family. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband Clarence Leroy Waters, II, and her mother and father, Gwendolyn and Ora Johnson. She is survived by her children, Clarence Leroy Water, III, Darrisha Joan Zirlott (Ricky Zirlott), Ashley Doris Waters, grandchildren, Marrissa Collier (Chris Porter) Kaylee Howard (Kendall Howard), Chandler Collier, Alena Waters, Landon Waters, great-grandchildren, Presley Collier, Alexis Collier, Caden Porter, Gwendolyn Porter, Makayla Howard, Kenlee Howard, Drake Howard, Carson Pope, Preston Pope, Analyese Stokes, and siblings, Kathy Cobb (Jimmy Cobb) and Zephia Johnson. Pallbearers are Tommy Johnson, Christopher Porter, Jerry Pope, Jordan Hemmingway, Orie Bates and Olen Deakle. Honorary pallbearers are Junior Deakle, Charlie Beratich, and Jimmy Cobb. (13 But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have not hope. 14 for if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.
