Henry Douglas

Henry R. Douglas, Sr., passed away unexpectedly at the age of 83 in Mobile County, Alabama on the afternoon of Sunday, July 14, 2024. He is survived by his wife, Ellen Douglas of thirty-eight years of marriage. His children Tammy White (Randy), Henry R.(Ricky) Douglas, Jr., Nancy Douglas (Tammy), David Beale (Kelly), Step-children, Susan Quinnelly (Randy), Lori Thibert, deceased and Julie Pearson (Dana), with thirteen grand children and seven great grand children and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Henry enjoyed being member of The Mystic Society Condi Cavalier's for many years and was a devoted fan of The Alabama Crimson Tide. Football season was his favorite time of year. Saturday's in the fall were reserved for cheering for The Tide from his recliner with hopes of a perfect season.

A visitation for those who knew and loved Henry R. Douglas, Sr., will be held at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home; Address: 6040 Three Notch Rd, Mobile, AL 36619 on July 22nd family at 11:30am, friends at 12:00pm - 1:00pm with graveside at 1:00pm in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
