Hezzie Mccaughn

Mr. Hezzie McCaughn, age 92 was born in Folsom, LA but a longtime resident of Mobile, AL. He retired from the U.S.Army as a 1st Sgt. He served in WW II in China, Burma, India. He was a member of Midway Methodist Church and served as a charter member of the United Methodist Men's Club. Mr. McCaughn was a longtime member of the VFW Post 49 in Mobile. He is survived by two daughters, Peggy M. Jacobs and Pamela K. McCaughn and one son, Forrest D. McCaughn all of Mobile. He has four grandchildren, Scott Brady, Michelle Black, Bryan Brady, and Andrew Fitzmorris., eight great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. Funeral services will held at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home on Saturday May 9, 2015 at 12 noon with visitation to start at 11 AM. Graveside ceremony to follow the funeral service.
