Irrie Mcduffie, Jr.

Irrie McDuffie, Jr.- A native and resident of Mobile died on Thursday, January 21, 2016 at the age of 74. Mr. McDuffie was a long time employee of the University of South Alabama. He was an active member in his church and loved his family with all his heart. He was preceded in death by his parents, Irrie and Sally McDuffie; two brothers, Teddy and Louis McDuffie; one granddaughter, Tori McDuffie. He is survived by his wife, Edith McDuffie; one son, Paul McDuffie; three grandchildren, Nichola (Charlie) Bosarge, Byron Kinney and Teri McDuffie; six great grandchildren; two sisters, Brenda (Gerald) Goolsby, Debra (Carl) McCarn; two brothers, John (Linda) McDuffie and Fritz McDuffie; nieces, nephews and other relatives. Visitation will be held from Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home on Friday, January 22, 2016 from 5:00 until 7:00 PM. Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home on Saturday, January 23, 2016 at 12:00 Noon. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
