Jim Clark passed away quietly at his home in Fairfax, Virginia, after a year-long struggle with a rare Kidney ailment. He was 60 years old. Jim was born and raised and attended high school and college in Mobile, Alabama. He moved to the Fairfax, Virginia area in 1980 to pursue a career in computer programming and had lived there ever since. Jim accepted his Savior Jesus Christ when he was a young boy and was a lifelong Christian. Jim enjoyed Bible Study and was quite knowledgeable in that regard. Jim had been a member of Fulton Road Baptist Church in Mobile and later at Capital Baptist Church in Fairfax. Jim was a kind and gentle soul and was always willing and eager to help anyone he could. Jim was preceded by his parents James Paul Clark and Mary Merrill Clark. He is now reunited in Heaven with his parents and other loved ones. Jim is survived by his sister, Marita (Mitchell) Martin of Grand Bay, Alabama and by his brother Joey Clark of Mobile. Funeral services will be held from Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home on Monday, February 23, 2015 at 2 PM. Visitation will start at 1 PM.
