James Graham

James "Eddie" Graham, 79, passed away Monday, June 11, 2018. Eddie was born in Tupelo, MS to Ollie and Bonnie Graham on December 11, 1938. He was an atomic war veteran of the US Navy, a retired employee of McDuffy Coal Terminal after 30 years of service and a member of the Masonic Lodge at the Loop. He was an avid reader, loved history, golf and was an Alabama Football fan. Eddie was a loving and protective father and grandfather whom we dearly loved. He was the patriarch of our family, the one who shared the wisdom of his life through stories that held us captivated. He had a gorgeous smile, a twinkling in his eyes and a jolly laugh. He was dearly loved and respected by many. Our loss is great. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ollie Hampton Graham and Bonnie May Phillips Graham and his amazing wife, Judith Ann Langley Graham. His survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, Shane and Donna Graham and his two grandchildren, Drew Massaro and Jessie Haskell. Funeral services, officiated by Chaplain Jim Gabel, will be held Friday, June 15, 2018 at 12:00 Noon from the chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday morning from 10:00 AM until service time. Interment will follow in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
