James Keener

KEENER
James Alton Keener, a native and lifelong resident of Mobile, AL, died Thursday, December 3, 2015 at the age of 64. He was a member of Bay City Free Will Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, William Bryant Keener and Leona Enzor Hand, and his brother, Ricky Keener. His survivors include two daughters, Crissina Keener (Doug) McNeil and Trista Keener (Jarrod) Yeend; his son, Joseph (Mouna Elkadily) Keener; four brothers, Rodney (Shirley) Keener, Bobby Keener, David (Charlotte) Keener, and Kenneth (Valerie) Keener; four sisters, Marsha Lynn Keener (Tommy) Lynn, Barbara Dale Keener Myrick, Linda Kay Keener (Buddy) Holland and Lisa Diane Keener (Mike) Meadows; five grandchildren, Austin Keener, Chase Dickerson, Chelsie McNeil, Konnor Yeend and Aliyah Keener; nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held on Wednesday 12 noon until service time at the funeral home.
