James Orso

Mr. James Calvin Orso "BoBo", age 91 of Whistler/Eight Mile, AL passed away on Tuesday, January 26, 2021. James was born in Whistler, Alabama on November 10, 1929. He was a United States Veteran where he served on the USS Vally Forge during the Korean War. James worked at Delchamps Grocery for 36 years. He was a Faithful Member of Crawford Baptist Church in Mobile, AL. He was preceded in death by his wife of 68 years, Frances Ellis Orso; parents, Mr. & Mrs. Irvin Orso. James is survived by two daughters, Deborah Orso Faust (David), Jan Orso Eyler (Gary) all of Semmes, AL. Four grandsons, Eric Hawsey (Mandy), Michael Hawsey (Lynn), Kevin Hawsey (Theile) Jonathan Faust (Sarah), seven great grandchildren; sister, Ann Pope, nieces and nephews. Graveside services and interment will be held on Friday, January 29, 2021 at 2pm in Mobile Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
