Jane Kay Jones Sholes, a native of Birmingham, AL and longtime resident of Mobile, AL, died Friday, May 27, 2016 at the age of 76. She was preceded in death by her parents, George Marshall Jones and Fanny Elizabeth Moss Jones; two sons, Robert Frank Sholes, Jr. and Stacy Flynn Sholes; and her twin sister, Carol Faye Crutchfield. Her survivors include one son, Lawton Lance (Lindsey) Sholes; four grandsons, Lawton Blaine Sholes, Zachary Flynn Sholes, Saylor Lawton Sholes and Latham Lou Sholes; daughter-in-law, Kim Brewer Sholes; nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Monday, June 6, 2016 at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday from 12:00 Noon until service time. Interment will follow in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
