Janet Carol Daniels Combs, a native of Thomaston, AL and longtime resident of Mobile, AL, went to be with her Lord and Savior Tuesday, September 26, 2017. Mrs. Combs was a local hairdresser for over 30 years and a member of Seven Hills Baptist Church in West Mobile. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jasper Otto Daniels and Mary Alice Cannon Daniels. Her survivors include her husband of 51 years, William Russell "Billy" Combs, Jr. of Mobile, AL; two sons, William Russell "Little Billy" (Billie) Combs, III of Monroeville, AL and Russell Daniel (Lynda) Combs of Mobile, AL; three siblings, Dennis Daniels of San Antonio, TX, Debra Daniels (Rick) Dobson of Mobile, AL and Vickie Daniels (Bill) Higgins of Carthage, TX; twelve grandchildren blessed to call Mrs. Combs "Maw Maw", Abigail Combs, Mary Catherine and Matthew Combs, Kaylee, Jacob and Alden Black, Kathryn, Erica, Sarah and Jocelyn Burns, Isabel and Reagan Strickler; eight nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Friday, September 29, 2017 from 10:00 AM until 12:00 Noon.
