Jered Carney

On Sunday, June 19, 2022, Jered Wayne Carney, loving husband, son, brother, uncle and friend to so many, passed away at age 31.
Jered was an amazing soul who lived his life to the fullest. He and his wife, Brandy, loved their two dogs, Winny and Lovie. He enjoyed traveling and was an avid music lover, who played bass guitar in many local church praise bands. He was known for his quick wit, infectious smile, and kind and compassionate spirit.
Jered was born on August 16, 1990, in Mobile, AL. He was a graduate of Theodore High School (2008). He received his degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Bishop State University in Mobile. He worked at a skilled nursing facility in Singing River, MS, for Encore Rehabilitation. He was well-loved and respected by patients and staff alike.
Jered was preceded in death by his grandparents, Werner and Hilda Carolyn Bidlingmaier and George and Lucile Carney. He is survived by his wife, Brandy Carney (Giambrone); his parents, Stephen (Steve) and Shana Carney; his brother, Johnathan Carney (Jennifer); nieces Madison and Chelsea Carney; his mother- and father-in-law, Richard and Debbie Myers; brother-in-law Jamie Myers; grandmother Elonia Cronan (Folse); uncles; aunts; cousins; and countless friends. He was fiercely loved and adored and will be greatly missed.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 28th, 2022. Visitation for friends and family will be from 10-12pm. 12 pm chapel service, followed by graveside; at Mobile Memorial Gardens.
