Jimmie Charles (JC) Brown

Realizing the uncertainty of the of time we are facing to a closure of the tragedy we are walking through, and the large number of relatives and friends from across the country who have been here waiting these days and must return home to their jobs and responsibilities, we have chosen to have a Celebration of JC's life.

This will be Friday May 1st, at Christ United Methodist Church. 6101 Grelot Rd.
Visitation from 10:00-12:00 and service at 12:00

Jimmie Charles (JC) Brown was born in Raleigh, NC and grew up in Cary, NC to Charlie and Janeverett Brown. He graduated from University of NC, Chapel Hill with a degree in accounting and had been a CPA for 48 years. After moving to Mobile. AL in 1976, he was a partner with Cherry, Bekaert & Holland,
Lawrence and Lawrence, Blake, White, Brown, & Farnell, and currently partner with Graham, Brown, Dutton. He is also a longtime member and officer of the Mobile Kiwanis Club

JC is a faithful servant to God's work and a member of Dayspring Baptist Church.

He has a loving wife, Jane A Brown, whom he loves with all his heart

He has a sister , Wyvette (Jerrall ) Spencer, Cary, NC, he has a brother, Grady (Betty) Brown, Emerald Isle N.C.
Two sons Chris (Renee) Brown, Arlington VA, Jeff Coleman, Columbia, SC, three daughters,
Sherry (Jim) Hawkins, Julie (Morris) Northcutt, Jennifer (Tony) Hoffman and fourteen grandchildren.

We pray this service will give an opportunity for all those who know JC to see that his heart's desire for you would be to see Jesus and to know that "we do not grieve as those who have no hope.............for we know, to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord,"
