Joan Elizabeth Norris, a longtime resident of Theodore, AL, died Friday, December 29, 2017 at the age of 58. She was preceded in death by her father, Cecil Ray Norris, Sr., and her brother, Cecil Ray Norris, Jr. Her survivors include her mother, Elizabeth Ann Webb (Vincent) Lyons; brother, Rodney W. (Melissa) Norris; step-sisters, Veronica (Tom) Griswold, Lisa (Andy) Simmons, Sheila (Tim) McMahon, Jada (Dewayne) Pierce, and Michelle (Richard) George; step-brother, Anthony Lyons; other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, January 3, 2018 at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday from 1:00 PM until service time. Interment will follow in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
