John "Patrick" Dennis
July 12, 1969 - December 27, 2015

Patrick Dennis, age 46, passed away unexpectedly on December 27, 2015 in Chilliwack, British Columbia, Canada due to a heart attack. Patrick was born in Mobile, Alabama on July 12, 1969 at the Mobile Infirmary. He was an Air Force "Brat" and lived with his family in California, Guam, Idaho, Michigan and Nebraska before his family moved back to Mobile in 1984. He attended and graduated from McGill-Toolen High School in 1988 and then attended the University of South Alabama where he majored in Computer Science. Patrick is survived by his parents, Thomas E. Dennis III and Linda K. (Stevens) Dennis; his wife, Debbie Dennis; step daughter, Briana Steunenberg; a son, Jacob Dennis and a daughter, Amelia Jane Dennis. He is also survived by his aunts; GaNelle Roberts-Ballard (Clyde) and Evelyn Ward (Logan); and his Uncle Leslie W. Stevens (Marilyn), many other relatives and friends. Patrick was a great son, husband, father and friend. He was intelligent, compassionate, funny and more importantly, dedicated to his children more than anything else. His passing may leave an empty space in our hearts but our memories of him will last forever or until we see him again. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, January 24, 2016 from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home.
