John Flowers

John Alfred Flowers, a native and longtime resident of Mobile, AL and current resident of Baldwin County, AL died Wednesday. Mr. Flowers was a member of Semmes First Baptist Church. He was a 1963 graduate of Murphy High School and a retired offshore crane operator. He was preceded in death by his parents, George Alfred Flowers and Elba Mae Weaver Flowers. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Mary Sue Fleming Flowers three children, Randy Kathy Flowers, Ashley Cantrell and Russ Kim Flowers four grandsons two granddaughters a sister, Brenda Dennis Yates a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends Monday, June 16, 2014 from 10 A.M. to 12 Noon at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. Funeral services, officiated by Rev. Alben Gaston, will be held at 12 Noon from the chapel of the funeral home. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial GardensFuneral Home, Mobile, AL.
