Joseph K. Chambers, Jr., a native and lifelong resident of Mobile County, AL died on Monday. Mr. Chambers was a member of First Baptist Church of Tillman's Corner and Local 119 Plumbers and Steamfitters Local. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Patsy Chambers; four children, Clifton (Becky) Chambers of Mobile, Jodi (Art) Treherne of Dallas, TX, Kai (Kecia) Chambers of Dothan, AL and Jeany O'Connor, of Mobile; 10 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and other relatives. Funeral services will be held at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home on Friday, July 17, 2015 at 10 AM. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 PM Thursday. Burial in Mobile Memorial Gardens. The family request that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to First Baptist Church of Tillman's Corner Building Fund. Condolences may be offered at www.mobilememorialfunerals.com.
