Kermit Reedstrom

Kermit Clayton Reedstrom 1922-2017 A native of Sauk Rapids, MN and resident of Mobile, AL died on Saturday, September 16, 2017 at the age of 95. Mr. Reedstrom was a veteran of the United States Navy. Later in life he worked with Medtronics, a company who makes medical devices, specifically pacemakers. He also worked in the family funeral home business at Reedstrom Northtown Funeral Home in Blaine MN. He was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce V. Reedstrom and a son, Steven Reedstrom. He is survived by his children, William (Keri) Reedstrom, Kert (Dee Ann) Reedstrom, Deborah Reedstrom, Laura (Kevin) Marinan and Caroline (Paul) Conley; three grandchildren, Erik (Maria) Reedstrom, Abigail (Jason) Lindsey and Leah (Lance) Shiflet; four great grandchildren. Funeral services are scheduled for Wednesday, September 20, 2017 at 12:00 PM from the Chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 11:00 AM. Interment will be in the Alabama State Veterans Cemetery, Spanish Fort AL at 1:30 PM. Condolences may be offered at www.mobilememorialfunerals.com.
