Born on December 12, 1934, Leo was a pillar of strength and a beacon of wisdom for all who knew him. His life was a tapestry woven with love, compassion, and unwavering dedication to those he cherished. He leaves behind a legacy of warmth, kindness, and indelible memories that will forever be etched in the hearts of those fortunate enough to have known him.
A devoted husband, Leo shared 67 years of his life with his beloved Judy, creating a partnership that stood the test of time. Together, they weathered life's challenges and celebrated its joys, exemplifying the true meaning of commitment and love.
As a father, Leo was a source of inspiration and guidance. He approached parenthood with a gentle spirit, providing unwavering support, encouragement, and a steady hand to guide his children along life's journey. His wisdom, imparted through quiet strength and profound love, will resonate in the hearts of his children-Lisa Delchamps (Oliver Delchamps), Andrea Normand (Don Speck), Steve Normand (Heather Normand), and Pam Solomon, Grandchildren Natalie Owen, Erika Owen, Kinsey Solomon, Isabella Normand and Leland Normand
Leo was not only a family man but also a cherished friend to many. His generosity knew no bounds, and his compassion touched the lives of those fortunate enough to cross his path. Whether through a helping hand or a comforting word, he made a lasting impact on the community around him.
In his professional life, Leo excelled as he worked for Alcoa Aluminum Company, earning the respect and admiration of colleagues and peers. His dedication to excellence and his strong work ethic set an example for all who worked alongside him.
