Leo Workman, Jr.

Mr. Leo Workman, Jr., a lifelong resident of Mobile, Alabama passed away at a local hospital on March 3, 2015. He was preceded in death by his parents, Leo Workman, Sr. and Clara Neese Workman; his grandparents, Harry and Nida Neese. Leo is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Andrea "Angie" Allison Workman; his three grown children, Ben Leo Workman, Mischa W. Brown (Louie), Andrea W. Moses (Chance); his two minor children, Aimbry Workman, Zach Workman; grandchildren, great grandchildren, 2 sisters; Linda Noack (Rob), Lisa Goodwin (Mike), brothers; Larry Garza (Kay), Rico Garza (Becky); cousins and other relatives. Leo was a graduate of Theodore High School in 1962. He was a successful business owner of two companies in Mobile, Workman Sheet & Plate on Rangeline for over 45 years and Legends Bar & Grill on DIP for 15 years. He served in the US National Guard 1963-1967; coached football and baseball at Trimmier Park for 12 years. Leo was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and friends to everyone that knew him and he was loved by many. Graveside services and interment will be held on Saturday, March 7, 2015 at 12 noon in Mobile Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held on Saturday 10 AM until service time at the funeral home.
