Linda Dee Counselman Campbell, a native and lifelong resident of Mobile, AL passed away Thursday, April 16, 2015. She and her husband were the original owners and managers of Sunshine Skate Center. Mrs. Campbell was a member of Cottage Hill Baptist Church and a volunteer at Providence Hospital after her retirement. She was preceded in death by her mother, Edith Marie Hurley Counselman. Her survivors include her husband of 53 years, James "Jimmy" Martin Campbell, Sr.; her daughters, Deborah Lynne "Debbie" Campbell (Kimmons "Buddy") White and Patricia Anne "Patti" Campbell (Anthony "Tony") Keith; her son, James Martin Campbell, Jr.; her father, James Pierce Counselman; her brother, Edward Pierce (Patricia "Pat") Counselman; two grandchildren, Charles Stephen (Melanie) Sumerlin and Jeffrey Dylan Keith; nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends. Funeral services, officiated by Pastor Derrall Marshall, will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, April 20, 2015 from the Chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday from 12:00 Noon until 2:00 PM. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens. Condolences may be offered at www.mobilememorialfunerals.com.
