Lois Hudson Johnsey, born in Walker County, Alabama and married to Mannie Leo Johnsey on March 8, 1941 in Walker County, Al. She was preceded in death by her parents, Luther Brack Hudson and Lora Samson Hudson, her spouse Mannie Leo Johnsey, her son in laws, James Edward "Cowboy" Smith and David W. Adkins. She was born in Walker County, and a longtime former resident of Prichard, and resided in Semmes, Al. She is survived by her children, Gary Hudson Johnsey (Jeanne) Hattiesburg, MS, Michael William Johnsey (Mary) Jasper, Al, Jenny Lind Johnsey Smith (Cowboy) Semmes, Al, Cindy Jane Johnsey Adkins (David) Semmes, Al, Mona Rae Johnsey Ladnier (Tim) Wilmer, Al; Grandchildren, Kurt, Kevin, Jeff, Kenneth, Jason, Jeremy, Lori, Wesley, Jennifer, Kimberly, Samantha, Raechel, Carah, Brianna and Braden; 18 Great Grandchildren and many other family members and friends. Her family was her life. She loved life, being outdoors, gardening, and cooking and always laughing. She was a beautician for many years in Prichard, Al. Funeral services will be on Tuesday, May 2, 2017 at 12 noon at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. Visitation will start at 10 am. Burial in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
