Lora Simpson

Lora Mae Simpson, age 88, a native of Derossett, Tennessee and a resident of Eight Mile, Alabama passed away on Tuesday, February 28, 2017. She was preceded in death by her husband, John L. Simpson and son, Edgar (Eddie) Ross Simpson. She is survived by five daughters, Sheila E. Mashburn, Sharon Young, Rose Andrews, Ruby (J.T.) Bryant and Peggy Simpson; grandchildren, John, Letitia (Larry), Carl, Jr., Charity (Keith), Karen (Frank), Ashley, Timekia (Lee); great grandchildren, Trista, Devon, Erin, Austin, Frankie, Whitney, Hayley, Jacob, Spencer, Cade, Brady; great great grandchildren, Reed Alexander, McKinnley Elizabeth; sister, Gladys Lawson; brother, Gerald Roach; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 4, 2017 at 12 noon from the chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. Visitation will be held on Saturday 10 AM until service time. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
